Canceling a reservation on www.woodenresort.com is as quick and easy as making a reservation. We look forward to welcoming you, but if your plans change, our easy cancellation process ensures fast confirmation and fast refunds. No cancellation fee will be charged for bookings canceled before 7 days of arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is canceled within 7 days. Cancellation after check-in date or in case of no-show will incur 100 percent cancellation fee.
For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival, refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of your bank account details. (does not apply to blocking periods) Any credit card transaction or processing fees will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be made in local currency only.
No refunds will be issued for late cancellations (cancellations received on the date of arrival) or no-shows on arrival date.
