This website is provided to share information about Wooden ECR Sea Resort, receive guest enquiries and connect visitors with live booking availability. You must use it lawfully and must not attempt to interfere with its security, operation or availability.

Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry or guest-details form does not create a reservation. A booking becomes confirmed only when availability has been accepted, required payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued by the resort or its authorised booking provider.
You are responsible for checking the guest name, dates, room type, occupancy, price and other confirmation details, and for promptly reporting an error.
Rates and payment
Rates and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, meals, activities or other inclusions apply only when they are expressly shown in the selected package or confirmation. Any deposit, balance or payment deadline communicated during booking forms part of these terms.
A payment may be processed by an authorised third-party provider. Its additional payment terms may apply to that transaction.
Guest responsibilities
- Provide accurate booking and contact information.
- Present valid identification where required at check-in.
- Observe stated occupancy, safety and property rules.
- Supervise children and guests included in the reservation.
- Pay for damage, loss or additional services attributable to the booking party.
The resort may refuse or end a stay where conduct is unlawful, unsafe, seriously disruptive or damaging, subject to applicable law.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes, reductions, cancellations, no-shows and early departures are subject to availability and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. A promotional or non-refundable rate may have separate conditions shown before confirmation; those specific conditions take priority for that rate.
Third-party services
Links or integrations may connect you to services such as Hotel-Spider, payment providers, maps or social platforms. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are responsible only to the extent required by applicable law for services supplied directly by Wooden ECR Sea Resort.
Availability and events beyond control
We aim to keep the website and confirmed services available, but access may occasionally be interrupted. Neither party is responsible for a failure caused by events reasonably beyond its control, including severe weather, government action, utility interruption or public emergency. When such an event affects a confirmed stay, we will communicate available options as soon as reasonably possible.

The resort name, logo, photographs, written content and website design are owned by or licensed to Wooden ECR Sea Resort. They may be viewed for personal booking and travel-planning purposes but may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information submitted through the website and booking process. By providing another guest’s information, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the resort’s location will have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
